We welcome a partnership with your organization that will enhance the youth and community experiences at the Pickaway County Fair, as well as offer a highly visible display of your support of our fair and a valuable promotional opportunity.

2024 FAIR SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION FORM

You do not need to complete or submit a paper copy.

STEP 1: Review the 2024 Fair Sponsorship Brochure for available opportunities.
Click on which sponsorship level you're interested in for more information about what is included:

STEP 2: Complete the online registration (link above) with all required fields, including which sponsorship opportunity(ies) you would like to choose, and submit. Once submitted, you will receive an invoice from our office (allow 2-3 business days).

STEP 3: Once you receive an invoice, choose method of payment at that time. Note: Once you receive your emailed invoice for 2024 Fair Sponsorship you can pay online via Square (credit card processing fee applies) or mail a check payable to PCAS/2024 Sponsorship, 415 Lancaster Pike, Circleville, OH 43113 (in memo write sponsorship level + sponsorship option(s) chosen)

STEP 4: If a logo or any other information is needed you'll be contacted once registration and payment are received.

PERKS! In addition to a highly visible promotional opportunity sponsors will receive 1 complimentary weekly admission pass for every $500 of sponsorship or 1 daily admission pass for every $200 of sponsorship. QR codes for admission will be emailed to our contact on file two weeks prior to fair. Plus, all sponsors are listed on our website (scroll below) with a link for visitors to click to their website or social media page as soon as payment is received through the week of fair.
