Pickaway 4-H non-livestock project judging will not take place during the fair. Judging has been rescheduled to take place July 15-17: 4-H Style Review Show (Tuesday) | 4-H Special Interest (Wednesday) | 4-H Food & Nutrition & Creative Arts (Wednesday)
The following events will not take place during the 2020 fair, as originally scheduled: Cake Auction (Sunday) | Jr. Fair Night Outhouse Race (Sunday) | Cloverbud Activities (Tuesday & Thursday) | Dog Show (Monday) | Harness Racing (Monday) | Senior Citizens Luncheon (Tuesday) | Veteran's Day meal & flag raising (Wednesday) flag raising and national anthem will take place at Opening Ceremony | 4-H Rocket Launch | Dance Studio Performances - Chance To Dance, YMCA, Charmion Performing Arts Center (Wednesday) | Jr. Fair Fun Event (Thursday) | Pancakes with Chris Cakes (Saturday) | PAS Horse Show (Saturday)
COVID-19 REQUIREMENT FOR FAIR ATTENDEES
By request of Pickaway County Public Health all occupants entering the gates will be asked daily symptom questions to assess health. Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat, runny/stuff nose, short of breath, loss of taste or smell, nausea and vomiting) and/or has been exposed to anyone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 in the past 14 days must stay home. It is recommended that anyone with health issues and/or that is more susceptible to illness stay home.
The State of Ohio Responsible Restart County and Independent Fairs operations requirements will be adhered to

The Junior and Senior Fair Boards are excited to honor the heritage of our fair as we usher in a new chapter for our fairgrounds featuring NEW buildings, barns and structures that were opened in June 2019! We welcome you to bring the whole family to the fair to celebrate and learn about agriculture, create memories and check out all the entertainment and attractions. We are proud to showcase the youth of Pickaway County, honor our heritage, and introduce you to our future! There is something for everyone - both young and old. This is the perfect place for family entertainment!
2020 Sr. Fair Board Director Election
Petitions for Pickaway County Agricultural Society Board of Director candidates can be picked up in the fair office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am-4pm, and Saturday, June 27, 2020. Completed petitions with signatures must be returned to the fair office by 4pm Monday, July 6, 2020.

PCAS will hold its annual election for Board of Directors on Monday, July 13, 2020 from 3:00pm-7:00pm in the Ankrom Building located at the Pickaway Agriculture and Event Center. PCAS memberships can be purchased in the fair office for $30 Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am-4pm and Saturday, June 27, 2020. $10 of membership dues is applied towards purchasing livestock by PCAS from junior fair exhibitors at the 2020 Fair Sale
Introducing the revitalization plans for our NEW fairgrounds – known going forward as Pickaway Agriculture and Event Center (PAEC)! Construction began shortly after the 2018 fair concluded as most of the old structures came down to make room for the new structures to be erected by start of fair in summer 2019.
